They sound like amateur gardeners with no experience.

Ground I farm is CLAY loam. Not bad soil but you have to respect it when it is wet.

 

So a farmer from a little ways away bought a farm next to one of ours and he has worked and planted it 1-3 days before I considered my land ready to work and then complains about the yields he gets.

A dry year left his corn looking like pineapples while across the property line it looked Ok but he still thinks he can tough it in here like he does at a home.

Slow learner, hope the gardeners learn quicker.
