Food-grade soybeans

Anyone have experience with raising food-grade soybeans for the export market? Usually, they're non-GMO, but don't have to be organic, just can't be RU or LL. Contract premiums might be $2-$3 a bushel, is that enough to get your interest? How hard is it to plant, harvest, and maintain identity?
