Don't know about all states either but here in Ioway all you have to do is call the pesticide divison of the dept of Ag. they will be out in just 2 or three days take samples and pictures and the rest gets really easy.

I did not find this thread till right now as I don't come to much but marketing till just a day or two ago when I found the control to change the format to something I could figure out and see the threads in line format.

His insurance co will send out a claims agent. If you were not contacted by one he lied to you about even calling his agent (if he even has one. )

When something like this happens DON"T wait. Call the offender, if no imediate action call the state (something this big you should call the state anyway, just to cover your bases).  You didn't do it right and may pay more than your neighbor.
