I'm in SE NE and we have recieved little to no moisture this winter, We have 12 inches or so of moist ground in the crop ground and that is it. I was wonder if we are still short on moisture as we near planting should we cut my population back some. I'm at 24500 on dryland, might back it off to 20000 or do you think that is to much?
