Florida Office of Inspector General declares that an agency of Florida,Dept of AG, can declare a farm of breaking the laws of Florida without supporting evidence!
When an 11 acre fish farm was purchased in Arcadia, Florida and within 2 months prevented illegally by DeSoto County of further construction of concrete sheds for storage and future solar power plants to power this fish farm DRD Enterprises thought it was protected by Florida Right to Farm Act and the Aquaculture Policy Act. Florida failed to enforce those laws and ruined the business development of a solar powered fish farm.
The Florida Dept of Ag says that DRD Enterprises Inc of Davie was mfg for resale on AG zoned land. Request for supporting documents can not be provided but according to the Florida Office of the Inspector General an agency of Florida can declare a company of breaking the laws of Florida without supporting documentation!
FLORIDA FARMERS BEWARE!
State of Florida Right to Farm Act and Aquaculture Policy Act without enforcement has ruined many farmers in Florida. Signing this petition to help Florida Farmers keep their farms from local govt illegal actions
So I created a petition to The Florida State House, The Florida State Senate, and Governor Rick Scott, which says:
"Florida Right to Farm Act without enforcement only allows those farmers who can hire a legal firm to receive rights under Florida Law"
