When I hear someone talking about overbearing regs. or an industry of the same it is some body taking  the given parameters to the very edge---transportation being just one example of one industry receiving extra scrutiny due to the wanting "exemption" of some of the participants --- USDA was pushed into the border issues for NAFTA so we could export more products on Mexican trucks and now all of the domestic transportation guys have to help shoulder the financial burden of keeping an eye on the new comers--- I find it interesting as tight as margins are in trucking and how many folks plunge into the arena ---
