more price fixing in the news

The day after being indicted for bid-rigging on oil and gas leases, former Chesapeake CEO Aubrey McClendon drives into a bridge abutment at high speed.

First Justice Saclia ups and dies leaving Dow with a near $1B price fixing tab and now Those People in the Justice Department actually dust off the Sherman Anti-Trust Act. Clearly an act of political intimidation, and if something isn't done there will be nowhere safe left in America for Good People.
