The owner told me how things were really slowing down. Very little farmer business. What is gonna happen to these small town business that rely on farmers spending money? This is gonna really hurt the small towns and take down any recovery that has been going on. IF you take the corn crop down to 88's reduction that means we are looking at about a 9 billion bu. crop. If that happens we have 3.5 billion loss.
That 3.5 billion at say 6 dollaars is about 21 billion dollars that won;t be going into small twons for all the things farmers need.
If you take the old adage that a dollar turns 7 times in our country that is about a 150 billion hit to the economy. Can this country handle that right now?
Just something to mullover.
