SLEEPY?EYE - Robert "Bob" Christensen, 51, of rural Sleepy Eye, died Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, from an apparent heart attack while hunting with his son and friends in Missouri.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 8, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in New Ulm. Burial will be on Friday at 10 a.m. at the Prairieville Cemetery in Prairieville Township, Brown County.

Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Minnesota Valley Funeral Home, NORTH CHAPEL, and will continue on Thursday at the church from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. service time.

A complete obituary will appear in Tuesday edition.

 

 

 

I heard this was the CEO of Christensen family farms, the fifth largest pork producer in the nation. IS that true?  If so I understand that he was the visionary in the deal.
