Well, I bit the bullet today and ordered some UHF two ways and the FCC license. They get plenty for that stuff for sure but seemed to be the best option for us. "Salesman" said 10-15 miles with no repeater, we will see. We get our own channels and the license is good for 10 years. Holding my breathe hoping it is worth the money.
