JD 9570 low fuel pressure, has little power and smokes

I have a 2008 JD 9570 that has low fuel pressure at the rail, is low on power and smokes a lot. JD mechanics has been working on it for three days and haven't figured it out. Sometime changing the fuel filters helps but lately does no good. Today they replaced two valves that were going to help but did not. Anybody have a similar problem?
