Does anyone make a no till planter or drill that would be appropriate size and cost for developing countries? I'm talking farm size odf 10-15 acres tops. Interested in rotating vegetables, cover crops, possibly some grain or forage crops in a year round growing season climate. Little captial available, but lots of labor. Would really like to work the cover crop/mulch/notill aspect .Any thoughts on equipment would be appreciated. TIA
