I've used a Krause no-til drill for many years and still think it's the best no till drill made.  The coulter system can use the weight of the tractor for extra down pressure if needed.  Double disc openers, narrow closing wheels and tine harrow all work together very well.  We have drilled in some pretty hard ground at times and have always ended up with a good stand.
