Highs and Lows

Humor me here, would ya? Could I ask you to offer up your price calls for the following corn and bean prices?

In July, where do you see these prices:

Old-crop corn=____________

New-crop corn=___________

In the fall:

Dec. corn=___________

Also, in July how about price calls for:

Old-crop soybeans=_________

New-crop soybeans=_________

And then in the fall:

Nov. soybeans=___________

Thanks for offering up your thoughts. I know it's very very early and a ton of things can and will happen. Maybe you have penciled out the 'scenario' prices for your marketing plan. Or, is it all about just waiting for that insurance price rate in February? Are you just sitting tight until then and not worrying about what prices could be this summer and fall?

Thanks,

Mike

Is like a contest?  What does the luckiest guesser get?  Constellation prizes?  Options are wide open.  LOL

In July, where do you see these prices:

Old-crop corn=__910-1600

New-crop corn=__667-1200

In the fall:

Dec. corn=_ 615-904 on Nov. 8

Also, in July how about price calls for:

Old-crop soybeans=_1986-2485...1660 low target

New-crop soybeans=_1464-1639

And then in the fall:

Nov. soybeans=_1303-1484

However, these calls are null and void if most of the midwest receives 15 inches or rain between now - May 1:smileytongue:

Shag,

We might be able to find some 'swag' if you get the prices right. I just thought it would be interesting to pick folks' brains on what they were thinking on those summer and fall prices as we sit here with a frozen ground (well, in most places but not all).

c-x-1,

What do your charts say about this? Do they take you out to July and November?
