Now that we have the latest relevation from the "polit bureau"---------------------I read inferences from the trade of a possible up limit/ down limit day.

Historians, has this ever happened before?

I just can't remember a time-------I do remember a few days when it started that way, but one or the other won the battle and the close moderated one side or the other.  Maybe a few cents up and limit down, or visa/versa, but I am struggling to remember a time when limits ended the day on opposite directions.

But, then again I don't remember a lot of things.
