I think the oats market is very thinly traded and is dominated by a couple of buyers.  I'm not sure I'd give it much credibility anymore.

In the late 80's there was a family that (Brothers or Cousins) were floor brokers and they controlled who would buy or sell the contracts in the pit.  Not too many traders.

Oats,  DR. Copper, and Mr. Crude, all bullish grains.  especially beans.

So, I might as well be the first to call for 20 dollar beans this year..though mine can be bought for 18...looking at new crop bids, doesn't make COC look like the way to go.   Beans are buying acres.
