Expect another listless, lackluster session.
Tomorrow we open at 7:20 so as to capture the release of WASDE at 7:30. We will have some position squaring today but not a lot of anything else.
Wheat up, Corn sideways and Soybeans down.
Equities slightly lower, oil drifting lower as well. No real scares on the horizon and the VIX index tells us so trading at 16.37.
Bring on the government.

Nobody wants to do anything before the report. Amazingly quiet. I remember the day before last year's October report, everything went **bleep** near limit up. Don't think that's going to happen today. I am probably not going to have any positions on at 7:30 tomorrow. I like the new hours but I think tomorrow is just going to be wild, least for the first hour.

Its really wierd because prices are such that we don't see a lot of forward pricing at all. The fixed income world is scared and not trading. Vangard reported that for the first time in their history they have more customers in bonds than stocks. Equities are distorted because of the central bank flooding of cash...where we go from here is anyone's guess.
