Not quite Hobby. Basically you are putting YOUR assumptions out there and then condemning them as my assumptions.

In a sense you are arguing w/ yourself and then blaming me for the outcome. It's a common rhetorical approach but has little to do with my perception of the issues.

I think we'll just see what happens this next four months or so and go from there. First things first I guess.

And how your perception is going to be administrated by usda any differently than Hobby's perception.

I have indicated a different type of reserve but I've concluded that now is not a good time to pursue an explanation. Maybe later after some things have settled down and there can be a more objective look at the situation.
