sw let me know about more details of forecast on my 7 day station forecast, so i thought i'd highlight the warnings from NOAA.
So you think you'll miss precip entirely?

well i guess you'll just have to settle for seeing me on here...don't think i'm ready for tv yet.
IMO those "personalities" are more in the show biz, ....the trend there is moving away from the actual science, raw data and truth of the weather to a shiney looking, smeared over version --the objective being attracting more money from ad dollars by shooting for the less-conscious minded audience when it comes to weather.
you know better than i, these farmers are probably better than 99.99% than anyone else who calls themselves by that title.
also, this post was a direct response to sw from his description of "the feel" and details of what is REALLY coming there way.
he let me know that i was missing some important details of what it's gonna feel like on the ground when this mother comes in and i appreciate that.
mother nature's a pretty largess lady--- i dig that, and have much respect/regard for her!
