I am issuing a challenge to all of you. Between now and Christmas, let's commit to doing at least one random act of kindness, and tell about it here. Here are a few ideas: tape a couple of quarters and a "Free bubblegum" note on a gumball machine; pay for the meal of the person in line behind you at the drive-thru; pick up a $5 coffee shop gift card and give it to the first frazzled mom you see; or plug a parking meter that's about to expire (if you live where there are parking meters LOL!).
