Switched to faster internet about 7 mos. ago and I think we have at least one day a month w/no service throughout. Sun we lost in the morning and just now got it back. Almost 3 days. I did get a credit once & will pursue again. One problem is the tower is not tall enough so said one tech. that came here. 2 yr. contract but I tld them they aren't keeping their end of the bargain. Comments?
