Your Farm in the Future is a year-long special project of Successful Farming that attempts to envision the changes ahead in our industry.

Predicting the future isn’t just about technology; its also imagines how we will live our lives on the farm a decade from now.

The future farm will only  use natural fertilizer. The soil will be richer, crops will be healthier and more nutricious.  Animals and people will be healthier.  Crops will be raised with less moisture and the need for irrigatiion will be reduced.

I agree, natural fertilzer is the key.  That a look my blog at http://sustainablelivingandagriculture.blogspot.com/

and read about how I'm using natural fertilize in a cow/calf operation in Ohio.  It will save you money, time and it will make you money.  I'm doing it right now.  You don't need to go out and buy a bunch of stuff in order make it work.
