If you give 10K to every adult, 3K per child but make it taxable- SS, but it goes to the individual's SS credit history, and at their marginal income tax rate it nets out around $2T.

Just gotta make sure that Pelosi gets to sign the checks.

One tragic outcome would be that it would 100% shore up the SS and Medicare systems.
