Re: A cautionary tale
I`m still internally debating whether a vote for Jeb over Hillary would be that Jeb would be .000000001% of a "lesser evil" than Hillary. Quite possibly Jeb would actually wait for congress to put a bill on his desk before enacting a law. What Obama has done with executive orders is stick his big toe in a very dangerous pool, Hillary will only carry on with that.
Things appear to getting so bad that the "lesser evil" president is perhaps the one that is less apt to take the law into their own hands. We need to control the House and senate, get rid of Boehner and McConnell because the excuse of "Whaaaa but but mommy sniffle sniffle if I send a bill to Obama he`ll only veto it anyway whaaa" Well send the sonofabitch the godamned bill and if the basterd vetos it override his veto and if you can`t override the veto at least embarass the damned fool in having to veto it...and build a case for impeachment!

The trouble is Boehner and McConnell want the same things Obama wants. Obama care. Amnesty. More Big Government.

Re: A cautionary tale
That`s true 3020, the US Chamber of Commerce is pulling the strings. I don`t know if the football analogy of a fixed game of a receiver paid to "fumble" a catch at the goal line or underinflated footballs. Or the look on OJ Simpson`s face when his big hand wouldn`t fit in the blood soaked and shrunken glove...."hey, maybe I didn`t commit the murders!"

Re: A cautionary tale
Well, the danger of attacking Boehner and Mitch is that you make a three way split where the porkers win with the conservatives split between a RINO division and a true conservative one. A porker with his nose in the trough on every program is going to love that action and we (the USA) slide further down into the abyss. Our favorite forum porker pees his pants just thinking of another split like that.
its best to appreciate the good in Boehner and Mitch, they do believe in capitalism, private property ownership, some limit to govt growth (they are not like Boris where they think of a new program every other minute) etc. These are the good guys, abeit not perfect.
