A point to ponder

DoJ has had Lev;s devices for 3 months.

The contents only came to light through a court order that permitted their release to the House investigation.

Re: A point to ponder

If the testimony of ***** were to be considered as generally invalid there would be few successful prosecutions.

In Lev's case, he's only an accused criminal- accused of channeling Russian cash to Republicans.

Similar to Cohen I guess (although he pled guilty)- "his testimony is invalid because he pled guilty to arranging felony payoffs for Our Daddy."

Although....I have little sympathy for Cohen- I think he pulled his punches on things that he could plausibly deny.
