This whole thing with Comey announcing the reopening of the emails and now coming out and saying essentially, "Never mind" two days before the election smells to high heaven.

Sniffy was down for the count before Comey came out with the Carlos Danger revelation. My, how happy you Repubs were. Whooping it up. What idiots. You look like what you all are - just a bunch of foolish looking idiots.

The ship is sinking again, and even wresting Sniffy's Twitter account away from him is not going to be enough to save the ship. Still the question is how many go down with him, and what will be left of a Republocan Party in shambles.

I must admit that I found it funny how Democrats and the liberal media did their 180 on Comey and all the whining and complaining that followed. Hillary's lead had actually increased since he announced that until today.  

Now Democrats are thrilled that Comey reaffirmed his position that Hillary was "Extremely Careless in handling very sensitive, highly classified information".

I do not agree that the FBI should delay any announcements on their investigation and treat a politician, thats in the middle of a campaign, any different then the average Joe or Jane.  That 60 day rule that the liberal media was crying about was bogus.

However, after what Comey said today, he should not of done what he did 10 days ago.

Right.  What Joe or Jane would get is what the norm would be.  No investigator would comment on their investigation.  If the investigation yielded anything on Joe or Jane, it would be turned over to prosecutors and they would take it from there.  

Comey stepped out of that path.  That will be the legacy of this matter.  Mrs. Clinton didn't get the process that either Joe Orr Jane or you or I would have gotten. Will be intersting to see if he faces censure, or at least a hearing before Congress.  They've been big on those lately.

However, lets not conveniently forget that Lynch's Justice department (the procecutor) is just as guilty.  She would not allow the FBI to appoint an independent Council or a grand jury back in July.  Lynch & President Obama were pulling the same crap as Comey, just with a lot more power.  It was Lynch and not Comey whom held a private meeting with the defendents spouse a couple of days before Comey had to relent and instead give a verbal beat down on Hillary.

Lynch and Comey stepped out of the path.  That will also be a legacy of this matter.  Hillary got special favors form Lynch's justice department that Joe or Jane, or you and I would not have gotten.  Will be intersting if Lynch also faces censure, or at least a hearing before congress.
