About those new Arizona positive cases

Daughter called today from Tuscon wishing me a happy father's day. She works in physical therapy. So also is taking courses to get her PHD. She says these new positives is because of much more testing and also antibodies testing. If some one test positive for antibodies they are listed as a new case even though they have fully recovered.
