Evidently it is ok to keep on going even if she says she can't breathe. No or stop mean the same thing and anytime during the event. I fyou find the experience unpleasant wouldn't you opt to quit? Whatis wrong with that?

Thats not what it says. According to the above consent must be expressed verbally as in "yes i want to do this". Last time the wife tickled your fancy did you say "yes you have consent" or did you just enjoy the tickle? Was the fact that you didnt resist and expressed no displeasure sufficent to shield the wife from the law?

Actually Sam if you pay her ahead of time and she accepts it, you are good to go. And if you are any good at it she just may give part of it back.
