It's unlikely Giuliani fired Powell because she was "too" crazy, more likely Giuliani didn't like how much campaign money she was getting.  As far as Giuliani is concerned, "nobody's too crazy".

  Of course, it could simply have been because trump doesn't like women who know too much.
