It's interesting to see how by the end of trump's four years he had worked through all the best people and ended with Meadows, among others. And then Meadows writes a book in which he outs how trump deliberately exposes and endangers at least 500 individuals after his positive covid test. Meadows apparently did this because he needed something sensational to sell his book. Only an idiot won't have anticipated trump's response. In the meantime, Meadows gives over to the Committee at least a thousand emails, etc. that clearly document trump's conspiracy to overthrow the government in early Nov., even as Meadows essentially admits trump's "election fraud" was fake, exposes the conspiracy, and in the process implicates some republican members of Congress.
Then when trump gets mad, Meadows tries to pivot back by refusing to show up thereby guaranteeing a contempt indictment, a contempt indictment bolstered by his emails. Now Meadows unlike Bannon who doesn't give a *****, Meadows wanted a political career after trump (as indicated by his initial promised cooperation, etc.)
Well, fat chance of that now.
Meanwhile, hundreds of minor characters, inside trump's White House, among the rally organizers, among the insurrectionists are cooperating, being deposed, and building a clear picture of the conspiracy.
