I'll readily admit that i do not understand the usa's foreign policy in that region.  It seems bent on creating chaos, supporting all sides against each other.

I don't know that you could label Tom Cotton a chickenhawk. That would be Hillary when she put the we in we came, we saw, he died. Or when Joe Biden put the we in we are going to chase ISIS to the gates of hell.
