You could make sure that sexual attacks are reduced by shaming anyone who would make light of any kind of assault on women.
Make sure that abortions in the first trimester are available everywhere so a woman is not forced to travel and so delay the procedure until it is in the second trimester.
Make sure there are not legal restrictions put in place that slow down the access time for an abortion.
Get active and help sped up access so women are not made to wait until then.
Be aware that an unhealthy fetus may not be lnown until later and some second termabortions will still occur and rightly so.
