2 of the 3 were taken during the Trump Admin. 1 is far less than the couple dozen released during the Obama years. 

NK does that stuff and will continue to play games.

That doesn't mean I don't welcome any advancement with them but now that Trump had given Kim what he wanted- a summit and the international prestige of it- he'd better get something.
