What do you notice about the picture in the linked article?  My takeaway, like every other picture of authoritarian legions (where their faces aren't covered by the Darth Vader get ups) is that they are staffed almost 100% by white males.

I think that the most important factor here would be to put a moratorium on hiring males to police forces until they are 51% female.

Nox while I agree that having women in politics and on police forces is a good thing as women seem to be less likely to go postal or invade other coutries on a whim.  Most women are more calmer then men and I think less likely to suddenly over react and resort to violence.   However as in times of war I think there are times when I would prefer a man over a women on the police force.   A couple of examples would be when you have some meth head or drunk trying to re-arrange your hair line or when it is required to parallel park the police car.  I'm certain that last one is why we see so few Oriental police officers.  🙂

Yes, the mentality is that we are in a domestic war and that is why I don't want a bunch of guys trying to out-testosterone one another.

But data and experience are perfectly clear about female police officers being better at defusing violent situations than males are- who tend to actually exacerbate them.

And as the gun guys would know, if it comes to that a woman can be trained to shoot just as well as a man.

We don't need a bunch of young males who have spent most of their off time playing violent video games dealing with crowds.

Here it says Odumbsky is contemplating a "National police force" http://thedailybell.com/3321/Obama-Seen-Pondering-National-Police-Force-Again  They`re gonna be hooked up with some outfit called the southern poverty center.  That`s all we need a bunch of poor southern crackers that get their pay check from the federal government policing over us.  The country is up in flaming and off goes Obama for a 17 DAY vacation in Fabulous Hawaii!  America just can`t win
