Anti-vaccer or maybe a disgruntled trump supporter taking things ....

https://www.politico.com/news/2020/12/31/police-investigate-vaccine-spoiling-453005

An anti-vaccer or maybe a disgruntled we-want-them-infected supporter taking things just a little too far.

Right now, Walgreens and CVS are vaccinating nursing homes while hospitals and local health departments give frontline workers the shots. Next are those who work in schools, but nearly 60% of nursing home workers are declining the vaccine in Ohio. DeWine is urging those who can get the shot to do so.

Getting the Covid 19 vaccine seems like as personal a choice as choices get.

Any educated, informed, and adult citizen needs to decide for themselves whether the risk of the vaccine is greater than the risk of the disease. For those under 50 and in good health, it may prove more beneficial to wait awhile longer to see how things play out.

For those older, those working in hospitals/nursing homes/grocery stores, and those with co-morbidities such as obesity, diabetes, asthma, heart disease, COPD, cancer, HIV, and hypertension, it might be wiser to just queue up and get your shots as soon as your priority group is called. Then again, who really knows? Your life, your choice, and for better or worse, your own personal consequences too.

There it is, but good luck on whatever everyone chooses just the same.

That's a reasonable perspective.

If Jared hadn't gone off to grift the Arabs and Pence to God Knows What, this is how it should have been set up.

You get a number based on the risk matrix.

Vaccination is voluntary but if you decline you go to the back of the line.

If we look at what is known about the pharmacist that intentionally spoiled 500 doses of Covid vaccine.  First of all, wouldn`t a pharmacist be completely aware of the seriousness of that action?  And I mean above and beyond "Biden won and i`m pissed so I want 500 random people to die, because i`m pissed!" ...no, you lose your crushy, high paying pharmacist job and go to jail, the risk/ reward just isn`t there for a sane person.

Second, do the math 500 doses out of the 500 million doses produced is a drop in the bucket...what "good" would destroying them do?

Third, the only party that "benefits" from the Coronavirus continuing longer is the Democrat party and the communist nation of China.  The Democrats for an excuse for bigger government and China for weakening the United States.

One local story Dr BA, apparently the line is very fluid for who gets the vaccine.  A CVS prepared a set for use but had trouble getting the people who should have been getting it to take it. After you've prepared the doses they have to be used in a short timeframe.  So they started calling up customers who might be interested, and used the doses that way.

Hey Sam, yes there are a lot more to this story, it may very well be the pharmacist innocently "thawed" out the doses to be delivered and the whole story got misreported ...naw, that wouldn`t happen would it? The media is gospel and the public is chomping at the bit to get jabbed.   🙂

Re: No, it's not entirely a personal choice, we need ...

No, it's not entirely a personal choice, we need at least 80% of the population to not be susceptible in order for the virus to die out for the lack of new hosts.  As long as the virus can circulate, there is a chance for a mutant strain to arise for which the previously immune population is susceptible.

What was the lesson we just learned with Measles, as soon as the rate of vaccination fell below a certain point, bang, measles was back and children & pregnant women suffered entirely due to the selfish behavior of an ethnic group.
