Re: No, it's not entirely a personal choice, we need ...

So how do we handle this Ricky? Do we just fire all of the health care workers who refuse the vaccine or do we arrest, handcuff, and force them to be vaccinated?

Re: Anti-vaccer or maybe a disgruntled trump supporter taking things ....

We know what the risks of getting Covid are, ranging from just a bad illness through life altering damage to organs and death.

What are the risks of the vaccine?

Without the protection of a vaccine they are potential infections for their patients.

No vaccine no work.

All to protect the people they trained to help and if they are refusing the vaccine they have decided not to help protect them any longer.

How do we handle this Canuck? Fire health care workers who refuse the vaccine or force vaccinate them? Those most at risk are the elderly. They should be the first vaccinated.

Who will replace them?

Re: It has already been established ...

It has already been firmly established that an employer, any employer can make vaccination a work requirement,  That's settled law and in this case, is completely justified due to the threat an unvaccinated employee poses to clients.

As far as who will replace them, you might better ask who else would hire them?

If no one will hire them who will replace them? Hospitals claim they are already severely under staffed. What happens when they fire the 40% of their staff that refuse the vaccine?
