Re:

Rick, I wouldn't expect you to be able to be honest about the 16th amendment.  But there's more than a question about it actually having been ratified by the states due to numerous problems.  One being that more than one state altered the language and passed the altered version with a completely different legal outcome if read.  But that was ignored and considered a confirmation.  It couldn't have been a vote of confirmation if it wasn't the same language.  If you were intellectually honest, it might be entertaining going through the various issues, but you aren't.

US District Court Judge James C. Fox in 2003 stated it well....  Sullivan v United States

"I think if you were to go back and try to find and review the ratification of the 16th amendment, which was the internal revenue, income tax, I think if you went back and examined that carefully, you would find that a sufficient number of states never ratified that amendment."

The banksters got their central bank and unconstitutional income tax to saddle the people with by hook and crook.

Re: Re:

Ron Paul who predicted so much of the current dumpster fire of the corrupt bloated federal government stated much the same.

There's more than a question if the 16th amendment was legally ratified.

Re: Oh please, gerbil head, get a life.

You do know that only 13 states ratified the original Constitution.  Does this mean it doesn't apply to the other 37.
