Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea + Japan handled the cV very well despite having earlier outbreaks and almost certainly more direct travel from China.
Doesn't look like it was rocket science but it was basic public health epidemiology. Testing, contact tracing, isolation.
Sweden is not locking down and doesn't appear to be faring any worse than the Nordic neighbors who are.
Worth noting that the Tigers and Sweden also share a strong culture of social responsibility. Probably aren't a lot of Swedes out breaking norms in order to own the libs.
US had more lead time than the Tigers did.
