Assange- it is actually possible

to hold two contradictory points in mind simultaneously- although, what Dr. Johnson said about small minds.

Both can be true- that Wikileaks early work was a service to transparency and the Bush/Obama/Deep State persecution of him was illegitimate.

And, that working as the cutout for the conveyance of material stolen (against the lasw) by a foreign power with the purpose of interfering in an election is not.

Although (back to Dr. Johnson) the distinction seems to be lost on a lot of the anti-anti-Trump left who were, in fairness, correct on the former.

Re: Assange- it is actually possible

Brings me back to recall my state of mind ca. 2012 and why I didn't vote for Obama. Just did a throwaway, which didn't matter in the least in a state that Romney won by a wide margin.

But #1 was disappointment in Obama not doing more to roll back the Bush Patriot Act and other surveillance efforts- although in fairness he never exactly promised anything about that.

BTW, in the mass pants-poopin' incontinence post 9/11, approval of that stuff on AF was near unanimous- "so what do you have to hide, harharhar."

"Libertarians" might have grumbled a bit before going back to defending all things GOP on account of more urgent concerns.

Knows who provided the emails.  Is in a British prison.   The doj has never interviewed him.   Why?

Rather disingenuous, even by your standards.

The subject was under the protection of the Ecuadorian Embassy until recently. So by all means, why hasn't the Barr DoJ interviewed him?

Re: Assange- it is actually possible

I'm not serious, but actually this is a far better conspiracy than virtually any of them flying around here.

Maybe Dennison and BoJo/May made a deal where the UK would keep Assange under lock and key in return for the killing of Epstein?

Would somebody send that to Q and see what he thinks?

Re: Assange- it is actually possible

Edging back a little closer to reality here-

The Epstein catch and kill operation began under Barr, with raids on is home, island etc. There will ultimately be full transparency there, right?

And that tricky Ghislaine got away, darn her.

She probably fooled those knuckleheads at DHS by sneaking out in an instrument case?

Yes, but protection does not mean people can't walk in and talk to him, as many people did.  Barr?  Who knows, maybe your assumption that Barr is not a loyal government employee is as flawed as nearly all your thoughts.

To cut through your ridiculous bs, Assange was good as long as he was embarrassing R's, when he started embarrassing D's he went bad.

Actually quite a thorn in Obama's side.
