There are things known as breast pumps which are very widely used in the first world.

A part of the resolution was calling for work rules to give nursing mothers time to pump, access to refrigeration etc.

Talk to women who have tried pumping and refrigerating and then asking a day care to deal with it. Most don’t find it viable and the kid would still go to a commune as a baby
