My previous question. Is Donald Trump Transgender? Have you heard him say, at any point, "I am transgender." If you haven't, then it is illegal for him to go into the women's restroom. When he went into the beauty pageant's dressing room, was he dressed as a female, or dressed like the man that he is?
We've been over this most of the summer. It was big news for a long time. It's not the issue you think it is, it's only the an issue because you want it to be.....another thing to excite and upset your base.
A transgendered person is required to live for a year in the gender to which they are changing. For me, if the person has not had the gender change surgery, they should be required to show documentation that they are transgender from a gender therapist, and be on hormones which, in the male to female case, would suppress a man's maleness. It would stop your "I'm transgender today" argument.
But, a pervert could walk into a woman's bathroom anytime. Doubt they would see much, unless they are peeking under the stalls. If they're doing that, or taking pictures, they would be subject to prosecution anyway.
