Although I really don't see The Palm Beach Penguin putting up with even 9 months in prison before the pardon (and ultimate Presidential Medal of Freedom). And he holds the keys to the kingdom as far as the presidency goes.

We'll see if the latest shot at Cohn style fake process claims can maybe get him a new trial and delay things further.

FWIW, it appears that the prosecutors presented an open and shut case in the Penguin's trial. Short of a change of venue to Neshoba County MS, Madison Co. IA or some other locale where people are totally not biased, the second one will turn out the same.

Trump should ask Barr why he allows people accused of illegal actions to continue working under his leadership.    He should ask Barr why he did not immediately fire the prosecutors who lied to him?    He should ask Barr why the same people who violated the law with regards to FISA applications are the same ones charged with seeing it doesn't happen again.
