Or maybe a prison? OH took a huge jump the other day when the most of the Federal prison at Marion turned up positive. In those cases, even if you lock it down now it has probably already spread widely into the surrounding community.

Appears that they just increased testing. 2700 tests/520 cases would be spot on with every day nationally where we are stuck at 150K tests and get 30K new cases.
