The biggest threat America faces?   Sugar.   White granulated, corn syrup, brown.   You name it.  All of America is addicted to it.   And our common enemy.

Throw in bad fats and salt- the unholy trinity of fast prepared and processed foods engineered to be addictive.

That’s my rub with the arguments about meat. Too much, to the detriment of healthy foods or an excess of calories is bad, but it is pretty secondary to the problem of junk.

Still, USDA is back to the century old trick of overemphasizing meat poultry and dairy in nutritional guidelines because of political pressure from the farm lobby.

Still, the American Sick Industry loves having millions with expensive, preventable chronic conditions.

If you were the commander in chief in America, would you be able to ask young men and women to go risk dying for the likes of nutz, bruce, karen, ricky etal, based on what they post here?

It is a hard call when you have a crew like that to defend.

Thank God that the Real Americans outnumber the total losers, but it is a perilous trajectory we are on, and the cheating of 2020 didn't help matters.
