Bloomberg's nuclear escalation
As the WH and GOP go after the mote in the eye of the presumptive opposing nominee, Bloomberg to pivot to highlighting the logjam in the eyes of the two NY white collar crime families currently ensconsed at 1600 Penn.
The election will be decided by about 3% of whomever voted in '16 plus whoever comes off the bench.
So what you, or I, think doesn't much matter.
BTW, Trump tax cases likely to be decided by June. Legal precedent is 100% on the side of Congress, whch is why they've won at every level. John Roberts has to know that he's forced to risk his empire on the election if he decides to go full Royalist- if Dennison loses, he is former Chief Justice on the 11 justice court.

Re: Bloomberg's nuclear escalation
More precisely, the election will be decided by about 3% of the voters from 2016 and whoever comes off the bench in about 8 states.
Everywhere else is just a down ballot game, which is equally important. Statehouses are important.
IA, MN unlikely to be deciders- for opposite reasons. If either goes opposite the '16 result the thing is more than likley already decided. Super true of places like IN and NE- maybe even OH.
MI, WI, PA, NC, AZ, FLA, GA.

Re: Bloomberg's nuclear escalation
I predict that if the political winds are blowing the same direction they are today in June, Roberts will not risk "his institution" by contributing the swing vote to a crazy decision.
Careful jurisprudence, and all that.
