Last week, President Obama headlined a $100,000-a-plate fundraiser at the swank Jefferson Hotel in downtown Washington on behalf of the Democratic Party's Senate campaign arm. The ticket price was high—even by modern standards. But beyond that, there was almost no information to be found about it.
How much money did the president help rake in for the party that evening? The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee wouldn't say. The committee wouldn't even disclose how many people attended. Nor were the president's remarks to a room of big donors ever made public.
Can I be so bold as to suggest that democrats do the same as pigs when it comes to raising money? How do you think they survive you idiot? It doesn't fall from heaven loopy.
