Attempted break-in at home of Chinese Billionaire Princess. Perpetrators fled and were unable to to be identified but Police were summoned by 911 call.
Spent in excess of 8 hrs at the site of an unsuccessful plumbing attempt-no warrant required as they were "invited".
No indication it was a "wet" operation as in Turkey but questions remain.
Indications at least one of the police at site was not local but a member of CSIS.
