thinking back to my younger days and wondering if there were this many emotionally damaged people around and I just didn’t recognize it.

Im guessing that there are somewhat more now- reasons being left to future discussion.

But mostly just that many more are feeling permission to act out.

still remember when your wife called up and warned you about the wrong way driver on your interstate highway, and you said....hell, there are hundreds of them driving the wrong way, coming right at you...honking and waving at you.
