 Gerhard is an immature idiot, no real conservative would feel the need to buy an AR-15 equipped with a bayonet and body armor and then go around bragging about what he'll do with it.  It's obvious that he intends to intimidate everyone around him.  A pretty clear case of menacing., if you ask me.
