Cellphone records tie Proud Boys to inside the Trump White House ...

....while the Jan. 6 insurrection was occurring.

Those republican Senators who didn't vote for conviction are going to regret it.

How did that January 20th thing work our for ya? Remember how the proud boys were going to assault every state capital in the country? Or that March 4th thing, how did that work out? What's your next big date for the insurrection?

Congrats to the FBI and Law Enforcement in general for quelling the March 4 inauguration of the real president.
Although,... they had a lot of help by the absence of the chief instigator. The Grand Wizard of the insurrectionists having lost his bully pulpit could not organize , harangue and incite and inspire his cult into action a  second time. Take the W however you can.

That Jan. 20th thing (Biden's inauguration) has worked out great for the country but your March 4th (trump's inauguration) doesn't seem to have materialized.

It seems that no matter what you say, 3020, Biden's the president, trump's not.

gun sales in Oregon increase

"All the riots started it,” Wyke told the Oregonian. “Now it’s the Democrats saying they’re going to take our guns away and people are purchasing now. Ammunition is in short supply now."

I'm far from certain of all of the legal issues but would tend to think that certain cell phone communications would rise to the level of FISA- obtaining the actual communications as compared to just the location data.

Even if they were smart enough to use burners from inside the WH or Senate, that would still be a problem.

Re: That Jan. 20th thing has ....

There is a record of people warning people in the U.S.government about potential severe aggression on the part of the Japanese Empire in 1940-41.

There is a record of scientific engineers issuing warnings of concern over the integrity of O-rings in the abnormally cold morning of the Challenger disaster.

For that matter, even you aren’t ignorant and naive enough to think or believe that there weren’t voices around the world who were warning of the dangers to it that were inherent in the rise of Fascists Franco, Mussolini and Hitler.

By your standards we’d have simply stood down to them.

Had they been heeded, maybe some of our history would be different.

I'm warning you Bruce, that our government in symbiosis with cultural progressivism in the corporate and private world is growing ever more boldly fascistic.

Many people that you once listened to yet now reject are saying the same thing.

Heed the warnings.

Re: That Jan. 20th thing has ....

After the fact, WWII turned out to be a "just war", however the skull & bones crowd wanted us in that war.  We joined forces with a 60 million mass murderer to squash a 6 million mass murderer and say "my, aren`t we fine fellows".

The Charles Lindberghs tried to seek peaceful alternatives and were vilified much like the "non-woke" segment of society today.  "Pearl Harbor" happened and Gollly Sergeant Carter! that put the kibosh on cooler heads...well like 9/11...when in doubt "F...  it! Go to war!".

But if any segment of the US population is in danger of being locked up in interment camps like the  Japanese-Americans of WWII, today it`s the Trump supporters.   It actually doesn`t have anything to do with being a Trump supporter, more of anyone labeled a "odd ball" and those making the rules are confused as to where their ***** belong or if they should even have a have a Dick.

Re: That Jan. 20th thing has ....

Your broadly fingered “cultural progressivism” has nothing to do with the economics as they would be found in a turn to fascism, other than in that the corporate heresy that you accuse being undertaken as business decisions in a free and open market environment.

It isn’t altruism.  But when you can only see everything through that lens I can understand your vision.
